Your health is our top priority. RCHL is monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and taking appropriate measures to protect our staff and customers from exposure.
Most orders are still shipping within 1-2 weeks of being placed. Some of our suppliers have temporarily reduced their staff or are experiencing other delays, so products are taking a little longer than usual to restock.
Due to ongoing issues with international shipping, we are not currently shipping outside the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our international customers are important to us, and we will resume shipping outside the United States as soon as possible.
Protecting our Staff
All RCHL employees have been transitioned to remote work, and we have been able to maintain full working hours for our team. We are slowly transitioning back into the office for production and fulfillment. Creative and administrative work will remain out-of-office for now.
Protecting our Customers
We are following federal, state, and local guidelines to reduce the risk of exposure to our customers. This includes routinely cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and practicing good hygiene throughout our operations. We have cancelled all scheduled office visits, and until further notice our office will remain closed to the public.
