COVID-19 Information

Your health is our top priority. RCHL is monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and taking appropriate measures to protect our staff and customers from exposure.


Most orders are still shipping within one week of being placed. Some of our operations are experiencing mild delays. Our material supplier has temporarily reduced their warehouse staff, so some of our products are taking longer than usual to restock. In areas where USPS services have been affected, some customers may experience longer shipping times.

Because the RCHL team is working from home as much as possible, returns and repairs are taking longer than usual to receive and process. Please rest assured that we will handle all returns, resizes, and repairs as quickly as we can.

Protecting our Staff

All RCHL employees have been transitioned to remote work. We are fortunate enough to be able to maintain full working hours for our team. We continue to encourage our staff to remain home and stay healthy. Jewelry production and order shipments are being handled exclusively by RCHL's owners, who together comprise a single household. RCHL's owners have reduced their time in-office to further reduce their exposure. 

Protecting our Customers

We are following federal, state, and local guidelines to reduce the risk of exposure to our customers. This includes routinely cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and practicing good hygiene throughout our operations. We have cancelled all scheduled office visits and photoshoots, and until further notice our office will remain closed to the public.
