Please note: Items sold from the Secret Menu are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are no longer stocked, so we do not have the material or inventory to accommodate returns and exchanges.

Return Policy

Change your mind? Not a good fit? No problem! If you need to exchange your jewelry for a different size, or if you just don’t love it, you can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your items. We will respond within 3 business days with a free return shipping label. Please note that personalized components, orders shipped outside the U.S., and any pieces explicitly excluded from returns are not eligible to be returned or resized.

Return packages must be received at RCHL HQ within 14 days of receiving a return shipping label. Packages received more than 14 days after the return label was sent will be returned to the sender. RCHL is not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Please pack your items carefully! Returned items must be received in their original condition. Returns and resizes that are received in unacceptable condition will be refunded for their purchase value minus a 30% restocking fee.

Repairs

Life happens! If something happens to your RCHL jewelry within 90 days of your purchase, we can repair it for you! Submit a return request, and we will respond within 3 business days with a free return shipping label. Please note that personalized components, orders shipped outside the U.S., and any pieces explicitly excluded from returns are not eligible to be repaired.

Repair packages must be received at RCHL HQ within 14 days of receiving a repair form. Packages received more than 14 days after the repair form was sent will be returned to the sender. RCHL is not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Please pack your items carefully! Items sent for repair must be received in the condition documented via email. Repairs that are received in unanticipated condition may have repair fees assessed.

Quality Guarantee

All RCHL pieces are guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. This guarantee does not cover damage incurred by wear (including but not limited to scratching, bending, or snagging of the jewelry or jewelry components). If you believe your RCHL piece is defective, please submit a return request and describe the defect. We take the quality of our pieces seriously and will respond shortly.
