Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love every piece of RCHL jewelry, but if for any reason you do not you may return your jewelry for a full refund, minus shipping, within 14 days of the item's delivery as indicated by our shipping carrier. We will send you a return form and shipping information within three business days of receiving your request. We will issue you a refund within three business days of receiving your returned items.
If you need to exchange your RCHL piece for a different size, please submit a return request and select "Resize" as your return type. In your request, please indicate which pieces you will be sending back for resizing and the new sizes that you would like. We will send you a return form and shipping information within three business days of receiving your request.
Orders shipped internationally are ineligible for returns. Personalized and custom pieces are ineligible for returns. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. If you are unsure whether your piece is eligible for return, please contact us.
Customer are responsible for all shipping costs except in the case that the item has arrived in unacceptable condition. CODs will not be accepted. When shipping for returns, we advise using a service that provides tracking, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS First Class with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package for the full value of the items being returned.
