How do I find my ring size?
We have a free printable ring sizer! Make sure to print the document at 100% scale to get an accurate measurement.
What if I order the wrong size?
It happens! We offer free returns and exchanges, so all you need to do is head to our returns page to start an exchange.

What is RCHL's return policy?
If you don't love your new jewelry you can send it back within 14 days of receiving it. Please see our full return policy on our returns page.
How long will it take to get my order?
We fulfill orders as fast as we can in the order we receive them. Orders generally ship 1-2 weeks after they are placed and then take 2-3 days to arrive.

What materials are in RCHL jewelry?
All RCHL jewelry is made from 14k gold filled or solid sterling silver. These are high quality materials that won't turn your skin green. Learn more on our materials page.
What is gold filled?
Gold filled is a special jewelry material made by fusing a sheet of metal to a sheet of base metal. The resulting material is extremely durable. Learn more on our materials page.
Will RCHL jewelry turn my skin green?
It won't! Gold filled and sterling silver are durable and high quality materials that don't expose your skin to copper base metal like most affordable jewelry will. Learn more on our materials page.
Can I get RCHL jewelry wet?
You can! Because RCHL jewelry is made with better quality materials, you can safely wear it when you wash your hands, in the shower, at the gym, at the beach– the list goes on. Learn more on our materials page.
How should I care for my RCHL jewelry?
RCHL jewelry is made to be low maintenance, so you don't need to do much. Soap and water will keep your jewelry shining for a long long time!

Why is the brand called RCHL?
Our brand is named after Rachel Garcia, grandmother to RCHL's founder, Desiree Rachel. Read our whole story on our about page.

Right now we are not offering custom pieces. But we love hearing suggestions and we frequently release new pieces, so check back often!
